Who pays the 5% fee?+
Your guests. The fee is added at checkout, so you always collect 100% of your listed price. Guests see the fee clearly before they pay — no surprises.
Is there a minimum fee?+
Yes, $1.00 per booking. This ensures we cover payment processing costs even on low-value bookings.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your booking page stays live as long as you want it.
What payment methods do guests use?+
Credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported. Guests pay securely — we never touch their card details.
Do I need a Stripe account?+
We help you set one up during onboarding. It takes about 5 minutes. Stripe deposits payouts directly to your bank account.
What about refunds?+
You control your refund policy. Refunds are processed through Stripe and appear on the guest’s statement within 5–10 business days.
Is there a limit on bookings?+
No. Every account gets unlimited bookings, unlimited activities, and unlimited staff members.
Can I use my own domain?+
Coming soon! Currently your booking page lives at book.stokely.io/your-business-name. Custom domains are on our roadmap.
